I have mixed feelings about this topic, but in the end I would go in favour of following the bilaw to not allow her at Nathan Phillip Squar.

So many responce were referring to Pride and how gay people can walk around showing off there bodies. But there is a difference in the ideals here.
PRIDE it is to be proud of who you are. Which is different from being beautiful and expecting everyone to bow down to you for that fact. 2 different things here, PRIDE is from inside, and beautity is superficial.

I wrote in to add my responce. There was a lot of refence to Canadians being too conservative, and that we should relax (someone from the states said that). My opinion to that  is that if we do not do something to shape our world someone else will.

Ya, it's nice she won, but just like an olympic athlete. I would congradualate them but what else do you want me to do, make a monument? unless you do something great, like Terry Fox.

Heros are great, but sorry, she's not.
